We’re passionate about Pilates and the benefits of functional movement. Our large and fully equipped reformer Pilates studio in Bury St Edmunds welcomes movers of all ability levels, from shiny new beginners through to professional athletes.

Functional Pilates Timetable

We offer two styles of Reformer Pilates; Contemporary with Beth and Traditional with Bonk. These styles complement each other, so feel free to mix and match. 

You will need to contact our studio before booking your first session as all classes are password protected.

All group sessions are £15 per class. This timetable is subject to change. For live class updates please check BookWhen. Please note our Studio is closed on Bank Holidays

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in, without any zips.

Non-slip socks are required for all pilates sessions, clean trainers are required for all TRX classes.

Functional Movement

We offer a variety of disciplines across three new private studio spaces. 

Please view our current practitioners, their offerings and their timetables before booking a Functional Movement session.

All Functional Yoga and Functional Therapist sessions are to be booked directly via the practitioner or instructor. 

Contemporary Reformer Classes

A modern take on the original Pilates repertoire, combining many of the benefits of cardio based workouts, ballet barre, body and free weight style exercises.

Level 1 is the most advanced class.

Contemporary 1/2

A medium to fast paced flowing class on the reformer, best suited to those who have an established Pilates practice and are familiar with the machines. You are ideally injury free. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Contemporary Reformer Classes
A modern take on the original Pilates repertoire, combining many of the benefits of cardio based workouts, ballet barre, body and free weight style exercises.

Traditional Reformer Classes

Based on the original Pilates reformer repertoire with a strong focus on breath and alignment & technique.

Level 1 is the most advanced class.

Wednesday Reformer

This is a beginner to intermediate class for those who have had a few sessions on the reformer already.

Mixed Reformer Classes

This is a medium paced class blending contemporary with the traditional.

Contemporary Reformer
A modern take on the original Pilates repertoire, combining many of the benefits of cardio-based workouts, ballet barre, body and free weight style exercises.

Traditional Reformer
Based on the original Pilates repertoire with a strong focus on breath and alignment.

Principle Reformer Classes

This is the studio’s most gentle Reformer class. Covering all the principles of Pilates to improve posture, strength, mobility and flexibility.

Ideal for the older client who has moved from an established mat practice to the reformer.

Traditional Mat Classes

The studio’s only mat class.

A mixed-level mat-work class using small balls and bands, with a strong emphasis on breath & alignment.

Clients are required to bring their own small equipment.

Reformer Blast!

A more intense workout using the Reformer, jump board, weights and other equipment.

This is a fast paced class designed to build strength and cardio endurance as well as mobility.

You are ideally injury free.
